1 lb spicy sausage
˝ lb mushrooms sliced
1 ˝ cups rice steamed
1 lb spinach chopped, cooked

Sauté sausage, breaking up into small chunks as it browns.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté with the sausage.
While the sausage and mushrooms are cooking, steam the spinach.
Mix the above with the rice in a large enough bowl.
Pass it around.

NOTE : When I was serving this to some friends, we called it 'stuff' (or something like that), until Dave Williams came up with "Wild Turkey Surprise" after the Bugs Bunny cartoon in which Bugs served "Wild Turkey Surprise" to the Tasmanian Devil
